TFLEX is a revolutionary, modular-based platform, designed to enhance the road tunnel lighting experience. This one single platform includes: luminaires, optical and power units, flexible mounting, smart cabling and control solutions. TFLEX offers a homogeneous solution that meets all tunnel lighting requirements.
This innovative solution provides an optimized and energy-efficient answer for the various typical tunnel zones from entry to exit.
TFLEX has been developed to answer all types of tunnel requirements: optical units (TFLEX MODULE) with remote gears (TFLEX DRIVE), complete assemblies consisting of LED engines and gears (TFLEX COMBI) and dedicated luminaires (TFLEX BASE)
TFLEX comes with a large variety of mounting options, orientable and swivelling, enabling mounting on walls and ceiling, in every type of tunnel geometry.
Taking benefits from the latest photometrical technologies, TFLEX optical units come with a new series of customizable and orientable optics to meet Tunnel lighting specificitfications.
TFLEX uses pre-assembled cables and connectors which drastically ease and reduce the mounting time. The access for maintenance activities is completely tool less for maximized time savings.
Integrating the latest remote Control technologies, TFLEX is compatible with the Advanced Tunnel Solution, designed to adapt the lighting level according to the corresponding conditions in and outside of the tunnel. To monitor power consumption and report potential failure to maintenance, for maximized flexibility, safety and customer experience.

TFLEX is compatible with the Advanced Tunnel System (ATS) from Schréder. This smart control solution is probably the most powerful on the market. It has been designed to provide auto-commissioning, seamlessly adapt the lighting level according to applicable standards and conditions in the tunnel, to monitor the power consumption and to report any failures.
Installation and Maintenance
The TFLEX platform is available with a large variety of mounting options. TFLEX BASE can be equipped with its own adjustable bracket, available in two sizes, while TFLEX COMBI offers 5 types of bracket, fixed, adjustable or swiveling, in stainless steel or galvanized steel. This mounting modularity allows TFLEX to meet all type of tunnel geometries.
The access to TFLEX BASE and TFLEX DRIVE is tool less, using a latch. The whole platform shares the same power components to ease repair activities. The electrical connection is made via pre-assembled cables and connectors to drastically reduce the installation time and avoid any wiring issues.
Accessories and versions
Four slots attached to the housing of the luminaire provide the possibility for a threaded rod fixation.
An adjustable bracket is available in two sizes allowing TFLEX BASE to be positioned and oriented on walls and ceilings to perfectly fit a large type of tunnel.
The fixed brackets allow standard mounting on flat surfaces, whether it is on walls or ceilings.
The pull-out fixation brackets facilitate the installation on walls and ceilings while the fixation consists of eliminating any luminaire weight constraints. The luminaire inclination can be easily adjusted to preset values varying from -20 to +20°.
The adjustable fixation brackets provide a flexible mounting for both walls and ceilings as they are capable of adapting to any tunnel configuration. The adjustable brackets enable slight shifts to the left or to the right in combination with a gradual inclination to deliver the ideal lighting for your tunnel.
