TFLEX MODULE
The most flexible optical unit for your tunnel lighting projects
Description
TFLEX MODULE is a revolutionary, modular-based optical unit, designed to enhance the road tunnel lighting experience. Equipped with optimised and customisable optics, TFLEX MODULE provides perfect visibility all along the tunnel to guarantee drivers safety. Its great modularity delivers a tunnel lighting solution capable of adapting to all kinds of tunnel projects.
TFLEX MODULE is a complete lighting solution, offering modular optical units, flexible mounting, smart cabling and connectors at once

This innovative optical module can be assembled directly or remotely with up to three modules. This modular approach offers the possibility to create various lighting configurations to fit any tunnel geometry.

This innovative lighting solution offers flexible optical units, a wide range of mounting possibilities, smart cabling, quick-on QPD connectors and can be combined with an advanced control system to improve safety inside the tunnel and provide major operational benefits for tunnel managers.

This versatile module integrates the latest tunnel optics for symmetrical, pro-beam or counter-beam (CBL) lighting distributions to optimise lighting levels on the road and wall surfaces while providing high visual comfort.

TFLEX MODULE uses pre-assembled cables and connectors to drastically ease and reduce the mounting time.

TFLEX DRIVE is a driver box enabling a remote assembly with one or multiple TFLEX MODULEs. This remote connection is ensured by pre-assembled cables, available with quick-on QPD connectors to guarantee a fast and easy installation. Integrating the most recent drivers and control options, TFLEX DRIVE is compatible with the Advanced Tunnel System 4 (ATS 4) to optimise tunnel lighting management and maximise users safety.

TFLEX MODULE has been developed to enable constant dimming and always provide the adapted light. Designed with two electronic circuits, it can either be dimmed completely, partially or even have 50% of its LEDs switched off. This possibility not only maximises energy savings, it also extends the lifetime of the complete installation and reduces the need for disruptive maintenance.

Control systems

TFLEX MODULE, connected to its driver box, is compatible with various control options:
• Remote management
• DALI or 1-10V network protocols
• Bi-power
TFLEX MODULE is compatible with the Advanced Tunnel System 4 (ATS 4), a smart control solution co-developed by Schréder and Phoenix Contact. This solution is probably the most powerful on the market. It has been designed to provide auto-commissioning, seemlessly adapt the lighting level according to applicable standards and conditions in the tunnel, to monitor the power consumption and to report any failures.
Installation and Maintenance

TFLEX MODULE is available with a large variety of mounting options. It offers 6 types of bracket: fixed, adjustable or swivelling in stainless or galvanised steel. This mounting modularity allows TFLEX MODULE to meet all types of tunnel geometries.
Accessories and versions

The fixed brackets allow standard mounting on flat surfaces, whether it is on walls or ceilings.

The pull-out fixation brackets facilitate the installation on walls and ceilings while eliminating any luminaire weight constraints . The lighting modules can be easily inclined to preset values varying from -20 to +20°.

The adjustable fixation brackets provide flexible mounting for both walls and ceilings as they are capable of adapting to all tunnel configurations. The adjustable brackets enable slight shifts to the left or to the right in combination with a gradual inclination to deliver the ideal lighting for your tunnel.
