    • The name PILZEO refers directly to the ‘Pilzleuchte’ – literally ‘mushroom luminaire’ - a very popular type of lantern in German-speaking countries. 
    This classical form has been refreshed to provide an aesthetic continuity while generating massive energy savings.

    • Both the LED unit and the electronic assembly can be replaced, without any tools, to take advantage of any future technological developments.

  • Connected street light

    • PILZEO is connected-ready for your future Smart City requirements. It can integrate control solutions, dimming features and light-on-demand options to enable you to manage a lighting network in the most efficient way.

  • Comfort version with diffuser

    • In places where comfort is more important than performance, PILZEO can be equipped with an internal diffuser. It can be clear or frosted to minimise glare and provide extra comfort for pedestrians and cyclists.

A Zhaga-D4i certified luminaire

As a founding member of the Zhaga consortium, Schréder has participated in the creation of Zhaga-D4i certification program and the initiative of this group to standardize an interoperable ecosystem. The D4i specifications take the best of the standard DALI2 protocol and adapt it to an intra-luminaire environment.
As Zhaga-D4i certified luminaire, PILZEO complies with all the criteria including mechanical fit, digital communication, data reporting and power requirements within a single luminaire, ensuring plug-and-play interoperability of luminaires and peripherals such as connectivity nodes.

Installation and Maintenance

Tool free access for maintenance

PILZEO is supplied pre-wired to facilitate the installation. It offers slip-over mounting onto a Ø60mm or Ø76mm spigot. 
The top cover of the Pilzeo urban street light can be opened without any tools to facilitate maintenance operations.
