National Gallery of Australia (NGA) Creative Learning Centre

Artistic and Functional Lighting Solution

Located in Canberra, the National Gallery of Australia is renowned as one of the largest art museums in the country, housing an impressive collection of over 166,000 works of art. When it came to the Creative Learning Centre, the project called for a light source that would be both artistic and functional.

To meet this requirement, the Austube Greenstar 60 SLOT system was chosen, creatively incorporated into triangular pendants with one open side. These pendants were strategically suspended and reflected within the space, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing and captivating lighting solution. Not only does it enhance the visual appeal, but it also provides excellent illumination for the area, fulfilling its purpose effectively.
